「到期小管家」（以下简称「本应用」）重视你的隐私。本政策说明本应用在使用过程中涉及的数据处理方式。

1. 我们处理的数据

当你使用账号、到期事件、提醒、附件、识别、订阅和共享功能时，我们可能处理以下必要信息：

• 账号注册和登录所需的手机号、验证码校验结果、账号 ID 和登录状态。
• 你主动创建或编辑的事件名称、分类、机构、到期日期、提醒计划、备注、状态和协作记录。
• 你主动上传或保存的图片、PDF、截图、文件名、文件类型和附件关联信息。
• 通知权限状态、推送令牌、提醒发送状态和失败原因。
• Apple App Store 返回的订阅产品 ID、交易状态、权益状态和必要的交易校验信息。

2. OCR/AI 识别

当你主动拍照、选择图片、导入 PDF 或粘贴文字进行识别时，本应用会处理你提供的资料并生成结构化结果。识别结果会先展示给你确认或编辑，只有你主动保存事件或附件时，相关内容才会作为事件资料保存。

3. 数据用途

上述信息用于账号登录、事件管理、提醒通知、附件查看、共享协作、订阅权益校验、问题排查和服务安全，不用于第三方广告投放或出售给第三方。

4. 第三方服务

本应用可能使用 Apple App Store 处理订阅交易，使用云服务保存必要账号、事件和附件数据，并在你主动使用识别、短信验证码或推送提醒时调用相应服务。

5. 系统权限

本应用会在你使用对应功能时申请相机、相册、文件访问、通知和网络权限。拒绝非基础权限不会影响你使用与该权限无关的功能。

6. 订阅与支付

iOS 订阅由 Apple App Store 处理。我们不会收集你的完整银行卡号、支付密码或完整支付账户信息。

Privacy Policy

DueMate respects your privacy. This policy explains how the app handles account data, expiry items, attachments, notifications, subscriptions, and recognition materials.

1. Data we process

Depending on the features you use, the app may process phone login data, expiry items, reminder plans, uploaded files, notification status, push tokens, collaboration records, and App Store subscription entitlement information.

2. OCR/AI recognition

When you choose to scan, upload, or paste content for recognition, the app processes that material to generate editable results. Results are shown for confirmation before saving.

3. Use of data

Data is used for login, event management, reminders, attachment viewing, collaboration, subscription entitlement checks, troubleshooting, and service security. We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

4. Third-party services

The app may use Apple App Store for subscription transactions, cloud services for account and event data, and service providers for recognition, SMS verification, or push reminders when you use those features.

5. Permissions

The app requests camera, photo library, file access, notification, and network permissions only when needed for related features.

6. Subscriptions and payments

iOS subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store. We do not collect your full payment card number or payment password.
